Episode 12 – Unpleasantville
It’s dance time in this small vampire-filled town and of course Damon, Elena and Stephan are invited. The Dance has a 1950s theme, which of course, takes out characters on a little bit of a time warp. It seems that Damon and Stephen still look good no matter what kind of outfits they wear. At the Dance, Alaric finally introduces himself to Damon. You have to watch to see how Damon takes this introduction. Maybe sparks will fly?
The mystery of the new vampire in town still goes on unsolved. Stephen and Damon are still hard at work trying to close the case. Is this the week that they finally do it? I kinda hope it is, so that there are no more mysterious killings.
Meanwhile, to keep Elena safe, Stephan gifts her with jewelry filled with Vervain. Vervain is a mysterious chemical that can be put in food, jewelry and drinks to protect the wearer from vampires. As long as a person wears the vervain, he is not susceptible to a Vampire’s control.
Things get tougher for matt and he is forced to take a job to make ends meet. He starts work at the mystic grill. Let’s see how long this will last! Ben tries to become Bonnie’s hero when he notices Damon bothering her. Ben tries to help Bonnie out which could lead to some catastrophic results!
